Variety Pack is the only package we generally have ready to go.

1 Lb. Fresh Pork Sausage

1 Lb. Bacon

1 Lb. Goetta

1 Chicken cut up

1 piece Icelandic Cod

If necessary, we can make any substitutions you would like.

However, we are prepared to put together any PACKAGE you might have in  mind. Tell us how much you are willing to spend and what cuts you have in mind, and we will work with you to figure out just what you want and can afford.

Of course, if you prefer, we can easily work up any order at any time right out of the meat case. It is our intention to serve you and make your meat buying experience as easy for you as possible.
