Our trays consist of Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef, Swiss Cheese and American Cheese on a round aluminum tray with lettuce. You simply tell us how many people you need to serve, and we do the rest.

• One tray can serve 40 people.

• Our smallest tray serves 10 people.

We can also customize your tray with any cold cut you desire or substitute any of the main entrees. We can also supply the bread, condiments and side salads (cole slaw, macaroni salad, German potato salad, mustard potato, pasta salad, Hawaiian Delight).

For large orders of 100 people or more, please give us 5 days notice, if possible.
